Delivery Service
Here at Kingdom of Toys we offer FREE shipping on all certain orders inside the UK mainland. We also like to give our customers other choices for their shipping needs. Below is a list of our shipping options. All of which can be chosen at checkout.
Orders placed by 6pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday 6pm.
Standard UK Delivery - FREE NOT INCLUDING BOX
Standard delivery in the UK is sent via Royal Mail 48 or Tracked 48 and covers all of the UK mainland & islands including Northern Ireland. Our standard delivery is usually made within 3-5 working days but can take longer to arrive depending on the time of year and weather conditions.
Royal Mail 1st Class delivery £1.50 NOT INCLUDING BOX
1st delivery in the UK is sent via Royal Mail 1st class and covers all of the UK mainland & islands including Northern Ireland. Our express delivery is usually made within 1-2 working days but can take longer to arrive depending on the time of year and weather conditions.
Royal Mail 1st class signed for - £6.50
1st class signed for in the UK is sent via Royal Mail and covers all of the UK mainland & islands including Northern Ireland. Our 1st class signed for service is usually made within 1-2 working days but can take longer to arrive depending on the time of year and weather conditions. A signature will be required upon delivery. If nobody is at home to sign for the delivery, a card will be left by the postman and you will need to follow the instructions on the card.
Royal Mail Special Delivery - £11.00
All orders that wish to be sent by Special Delivery will need to be received by 1pm to guarantee next day delivery. If ordered on a Friday your order cannot be guaranteed to be delivered next day, and will on most occasions be delivered the following Monday. A signature will be required upon delivery. If nobody is at home to sign for the delivery, a card will be left by the postman and you will need to follow the instructions on the card.
International Shipping
All European deliveries will be sent by standard Royal Mail non-tracked, Please allow up to 20 working days for deliveries. The rest of the world deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked, please allow up to 20 working days for delivery.
KINGDOM OF TOYS WILL NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILTY FOR TAXES OR CUSTOM CHARGES ON ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS. THE BUYER WILL HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES.

Faulty Goods: All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must notified to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt, and returned to us within 28 days please contact us through email communications and we will arrange the return and necessary refund with you.
Returns for Refund: We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange (or refund). If you want to return an item you must notify us within 14 days of receipt and the item must be returned to us within 28 days in the original packaging in its original saleable condition. RETURN POSTAGE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
